Westminster Junior Primary School is a ‘local intake’ school with specific residential boundaries that determine the enrolment of students.

Enrolling your child in Kindergarten

An Application for Enrolment can be downloaded by clicking on the link below or you can pick up a copy from our Reception where we can outline all the requirements and assist you further.

Any enquiries can be made at the Reception between 8:15am and 3:30pm daily.

Supporting Documentation:

  • Proof of residential address (current rates bill/utility bill/rental agreement/house purchase contract only)
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Immunisation Record (Log on to mygov.com.au link your account to Medicare then print your child’s record from home).  If your child is currently 3 years old and hasn’t had their 4 year old vaccinations we will still need a copy of the current record.
  • Passport (If child and parents are born overseas).
  • Visa documents if applicable.

Copies of documents can be made at the school office.
